Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical-commercial roles.
  • Proven experience leading AI, automation, or workflow optimization initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, custom scripts, or LLM APIs.
  • Strong understanding of pre-sales processes, including discovery, demos, RFPs, security reviews, and proof-of-concept execution.
  • Solid technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software development concepts.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and JavaScript for developing custom solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM, proposal management, and knowledge management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical and scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience mentoring engineers, influencing technical direction, or establishing engineering best practices.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the AI and automation roadmap for pre-sales operations, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and team needs.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, workflows, and automation systems that improve technical discovery, demos, proposals, and proof-of-concept processes.
  • Analyze existing pre-sales workflows to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
  • Build solutions that accelerate RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and customer-facing technical documentation.
  • Create integrations between AI tools, CRM platforms, proposal systems, and knowledge management solutions.
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI adoption across go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on feedback from internal users and real-world business requirements.
  • Monitor automation performance, reliability, and adoption while continuously improving systems.
  • Mentor other engineers and act as a technical leader for AI-driven go-to-market initiatives.
