Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record in full-cycle Account Executive roles.
  • Direct experience selling B2B core infrastructure or software within the InsurTech, insurance, or MGA space.
  • Consistent history of hitting sales targets over the past 12 months.
  • Demonstrated experience selling for emerging, non-household brand names.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills utilizing structured frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
  • Stable professional history with no more than 3 job changes in the past 5 years.
  • Experience in high-intensity, high-growth startup environments.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles (5 to 8 months) for high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize sales infrastructure, processes, and playbooks.
  • Execute full-cycle outbound sales from prospecting through closing.
  • Target large-scale enterprise deals within the insurance and MGA sectors.
  • Manage B2B core infrastructure and software transactions with ACVs of $150K+.
  • Drive pipeline growth with a focus on strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify market opportunities and refine client solutions.
