Requirements
- 5+ years of overall development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Automation Anywhere RPA development, including end-to-end design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360, including Bot Creator and AARI.
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AARPA) certification.
- Strong foundation in Python.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services integration.
- Experience using CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience querying and manipulating data across relational databases.
- Experience with AI/ML-augmented automation (document processing, generative AI integration).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, logical approach to process decomposition.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360, ensuring bots are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
- Lead the end-to-end design of RPA solutions, including workflow documentation, component allocation, and bot architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and estimate effort and complexity.
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise platforms (ERP, customer billing, databases, APIs), ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Oversee production bot performance, handle business user inquiries, conduct root cause analysis on failures, and drive continuous improvement cycles during the on-call workday (8am-5pm CST).
- Adhere to RPA development standards and contribute to reusable component libraries.
- Maintain thorough documentation of automation workflows, design decisions, and operational runbooks.
