Requirements
- Strong advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including complex driver-based models.
- Strong data management skills for extracting, cleaning, and reconciling data across systems.
- Fluency in SaaS unit economics such as LTV/CAC, ARR, NRR, and cohort retention.
- Strong business intelligence skills, with ability to build reporting in tools like Power BI.
- Practical experience using automation or AI-enabled workflows to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Proven ability to clean, structure, and integrate messy data effectively.
- Strong business judgment to identify key questions and translate analytical answers into actions.
Responsibilities
- Build business case analyses, financial models, and analytical frameworks to support decisions on pricing, retention, and cash flow.
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial and operational models that connect budgets and targets to P&L.
- Structure, reconcile, and transform data from multiple systems into reliable inputs for reporting and analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate company priorities into measurable goals and roadmaps.
- Build business intelligence and reporting layers to track ARR, profitability, and unit economics for leadership.
- Create repeatable processes for data inputs and outputs with defined ownership and timelines.
- Implement automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and improve data analysis.
