Requirements
- 3+ years of experience spanning motion design and static design in an agency, in-house, or production studio setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (must-have).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Practical experience using Generative AI tools in a creative workflow.
- Strong typography and layout skills with experience building modular design systems.
- High attention to detail and a strong QA mindset for production files.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and fast turnarounds.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills working with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Use GenAI tools to speed up concepting, storyboarding, asset generation, and production tasks.
- Design and produce high volumes of motion assets including paid social, display, and product videos.
- Build modular motion templates and toolkits to enable rapid scaling and localization.
- Design high-volume static assets for eCommerce and performance channels.
- Develop and maintain design systems including templates, grids, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to brand standards and legal requirements.
- Manage version control and deliver high-quality assets on tight timelines.
