Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue finance, strategic planning and analysis, consulting, banking, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in revenue modeling, ARR analysis, sales capacity planning, and unit economics.
- Track record of partnering with GTM, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- B2B SaaS or marketplace experience across multiple pricing models preferred.
- Proven use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics for decision-making.
- Proficiency in ERP and BI tools (e.g., Intacct, Looker) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue and ARR reporting, forecasting, and bookings analysis for Marketing & Data Solutions.
- Build and maintain revenue models that deliver actionable insight into growth, retention, and expansion.
- Partner with Revenue Operations on sales capacity modeling, linking headcount, ramp, productivity, and quota to the revenue plan.
- Manage sales and marketing expense budgets and headcount plans to improve efficiency and LTV/CAC metrics.
- Serve as the dedicated finance business partner to GTM leadership, providing financial guidance on strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Support S&M spend visibility and ROI analysis across sales and marketing organizations.
- Coordinate with Deal Desk on deal economics, revenue optimization, and non-standard deal structuring.
- Support the creation of long-term strategic plans, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasts.
- Drive automation and AI-first workflows to scale finance capabilities.
