Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Experience working with CMS-based products (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico).
- Experience working with both Fixed Price / Fixed Timeline and Time & Materials delivery models.
- Strong understanding of traditional and agile project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with teams and manage stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to understand high-level requirements and translate them into clear documentation for developers (acceptance criteria, use cases).
- Ability to review and intervene in user stories to ensure they meet the Definition of Ready.
- Technical understanding to communicate concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Excel, Notion, and Confluence.
- Understanding of data tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, collaborating on the definition of goals, deliverables, tasks, milestones, and tracking change requests when required.
- Lead project planning and progress tracking, working with the team on estimates and schedules to ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
- Serve as team lead, assembling cross-functional teams with balanced skill sets, monitoring performance, maintaining team motivation, and managing conflicts to ensure high performance.
- Develop and execute risk management plans, identifying potential risks and defining mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, including clients, account managers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives and context.
- Document QA processes, implementation procedures, ad formats, and technical specifications to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Support the rollout of new products and the implementation of technical integrations for new advertising vendors in collaboration with product and revenue teams.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, consent, accessibility, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance data in Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and other third-party systems, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
