Requirements
- DevOps or platform engineering background (e.g., managing deployments, writing CI pipelines).
- Experience using tools like Terraform or Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in writing working, runnable code and examples for tutorials.
- Ability to independently spin up staging environments or create working pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to produce polished video content solo.
- Deep product intuition and ability to think in workflows and use cases.
- Proven experience or ability to be self-directed and source content topics independently.
- Daily, professional use of AI tools such as coding agents and LLMs.
- Comfort and experience working asynchronously in a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Create screencasts, product walkthroughs, and video demos showing the product in action.
- Develop real workflows and turn them into blog posts, tutorials, and guides.
- Represent the company in Discord, on Reddit, Hacker News, and relevant DevOps Slack groups.
- Welcome new users, answer questions, and surface interesting discussions naturally.
- Represent the company at conferences or meetups a few times per year.
