Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Proven track record of managing a high-traffic, revenue-critical product surface.
- Ability to balance independent roadmap ownership with a collaborative approach for Growth initiatives.
- Expert at writing detailed technical specifications.
- Experience managing complex delivery pipelines.
- Ability to translate abstract business goals into clear requirements for engineering.
- Fluency in English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in using AI tools for professional operations.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term roadmap for Checkout Modal and align it with company OKRs.
- Take full ownership of the Checkout Modal's performance, stability, and evolution.
- Translate company-wide strategic initiatives into prioritized, actionable plans and lead their delivery.
- Partner with PM Growth to execute high-frequency experiments, leading the technical specification and delivery phase.
- Coordinate across multiple product areas and support GTM teams in resolving enterprise-critical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering to drive internal improvements and reduce technical debt.
- Actively utilize and integrate AI tools into daily product management workflows.
