Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of financial experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial and auditing principles and guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • US/Global payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate calculation of gross ups and taxability reporting for clients.
  • Stay current on tax law changes to ensure payroll reporting compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll tax reconciliations and the timely issuance of RTRs for the US.
  • Respond to queries from associates, clients, and transferees regarding tax gross-up and financial reporting.
  • Audit payroll reporting and financial reporting to meet client needs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the IT department for special client system interface needs.
  • Collaborate with CF Managers and Analysts to launch clients into the CF process.
  • Review results for data integrity, quality, clarity, and accuracy of reporting.
  • Drive operational efficiencies through automation and standardization of invoicing.
