Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Renewable Fuels.
- Accredited Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Lead Verifier.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and staff.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel preferred.
- Preferred 2 or 4-year degree in business, accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Prepare attestation engagements including agreed-upon procedures and audit reports.
- Collect and analyze data related to renewable fuel production facilities to determine regulatory compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of EPA Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and West Coast Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) requirements.
- Validate pathways under the Quality Assurance Program (QAP).
- Research, interpret, and summarize new regulatory releases for compliance programs.
- Serve as a communication liaison between staff and management.
- Identify accounting needs and recommend solutions for business and financial issues.
