Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, and training, preferably in education or IT.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state education regulations and accreditation standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Microsoft Excel power user.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively train staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic departments and administration.
- Ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal compliance audits to assess adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards.
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop corrective action plans.
- Design, develop, and deliver staff training programs on compliance, data privacy, and ethical conduct.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure institutional policies are updated accordingly.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, training outcomes, and compliance metrics for leadership.
- Support accreditation processes and external audits with necessary documentation.
