Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, and training, preferably in education or IT.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state education regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Microsoft Excel power user.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively train staff.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic departments and administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular internal compliance audits to assess adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop corrective action plans.
  • Design, develop, and deliver staff training programs on compliance, data privacy, and ethical conduct.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure institutional policies are updated accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, training outcomes, and compliance metrics for leadership.
  • Support accreditation processes and external audits with necessary documentation.
