Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within financial services.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through to resolution.
  • Flexibility to work over various time zones as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and act as a single point of contact post-closing.
  • Monitor a portfolio of distribution releases, including delivery of cash or shares.
  • Perform in-depth review of transactional agreements to determine legal and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create accurate distribution waterfalls for timely fund releases.
  • Draft transactional instructions and legal compliance documentation.
  • Complete due diligence on post-closing M&A activities.
  • Communicate with external parties including C-suite executives and attorneys to execute release of funds.
  • Facilitate problem resolution and provide status updates regarding fund releases.
