Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 3-5 years of experience within financial services.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through to resolution.
- Flexibility to work over various time zones as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and act as a single point of contact post-closing.
- Monitor a portfolio of distribution releases, including delivery of cash or shares.
- Perform in-depth review of transactional agreements to determine legal and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create accurate distribution waterfalls for timely fund releases.
- Draft transactional instructions and legal compliance documentation.
- Complete due diligence on post-closing M&A activities.
- Communicate with external parties including C-suite executives and attorneys to execute release of funds.
- Facilitate problem resolution and provide status updates regarding fund releases.
