Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
- Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable reading code and querying data.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design technical solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions.
- Provide post-sales L2 technical support for client inquiries and API integration questions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using log management tools such as Datadog.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation and develop examples for customer integrations and POCs.
