Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience with enterprise-scale integrations or API development.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional programming language such as JavaScript or Apps Script.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern databases.
- Experience with LLM-based tools for code generation, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous customer engagements and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise system integration projects with customer development teams, partners, and third-party systems integrators.
- Gather and translate business and data integration requirements into clear technical architectures, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Design robust integration architectures supporting real-time data streaming, event subscriptions, and batch processing.
- Build, test, validate, and review production-quality code.
- Manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Advise customers and implementation teams on integration best practices and platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with internal engineering teams.
- Document technical standards and contribute to professional services methodologies.
