Requirements
- Experience in technology deployment or a related field, preferably in retail environments.
- Basic understanding of hardware installations and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow directions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed (preferred).
- Previous experience with RFID technology (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on tasks, timelines, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Deployment Lead and internal teams to ensure stores are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
- Perform quality checks on installations through both remote and in-person assessments.
- Document installation issues, track resolutions, and report safety or compliance concerns.
- Provide feedback on deployment procedures to help improve operational workflows.
- Participate in training, share knowledge with team members, and assist in updating documentation.
