Requirements
- 3-9 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven end-to-end product delivery in a production environment.
- Backend proficiency in Python or Go with Cloud Run experience.
- Frontend proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Experience with GCP infrastructure, IAM, secrets management, and deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in API and systems integration (REST, webhooks, OAuth, event-driven patterns).
- Strong security baseline including secrets management and AppSec hygiene.
- Active use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) across the full SDLC.
- Critical review capabilities for AI-generated code output.
Responsibilities
- Own internal tools end to end from design to deployment and iteration.
- Build backend services in Python or Go on Cloud Run and frontend apps in TypeScript/React.
- Integrate with third-party SaaS platforms handling REST, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Build and maintain workflow automation and business process orchestration.
- Use AI tooling effectively across the development lifecycle while owning the output.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and type safety.
- Operate production systems including monitoring, reliability, and cost management.
