Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering with large-scale infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience building production-grade ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and dbt.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and distributed data processing.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Experience integrating LLM-based tools into engineering workflows for automation or data quality.
- Expertise designing and operating scalable data solutions in AWS environments.
- Experience working with large datasets (10GB+) and implementing incremental processing/CDC strategies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and configuration-driven systems.
- Strong understanding of modular design, loose coupling, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical architect by leading system design reviews and establishing best practices.
- Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines for large healthcare datasets.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Python, SQL, and dbt.
- Build monitoring and alerting systems to ensure data quality and operational excellence.
- Lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices and validate AI-generated code.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence across teams.
