Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience delivering production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET (.NET Framework/.NET Core), MVC, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redis, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and the complete software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and managing AI agent workflows is highly desirable.
- Proven experience collaborating with international or US-based business and engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work overlapping core US business hours while maintaining a reliable remote workspace and stable high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using modern technologies while delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to define requirements, estimate work, and deliver new features to production.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools and agentic technologies to improve engineering efficiency and software delivery.
- Perform functionality testing, troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and ensure software quality before release.
- Maintain development standards, documentation, and engineering best practices while contributing to continuous process improvements.
- Support Agile ceremonies and actively collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery.
