7-8 years of professional experience in Java and Angular development.
Mandatory: Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Java 8+, Hibernate, Spring Data.
Mandatory: Angular 11+, Material UI, CSS, TypeScript, Single Page Application (SPA) development.
Experience with RxJS.
Strong understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and SOLID principles.
Experience in Agile software development methodologies and documentation.
Proficiency in the English language and ability to communicate independently with clients.
Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
Ability to utilize client-provided AI tool (windsurf).
Banking and financial industry experience is highly desirable.
Cloud knowledge, specifically AWS, is an asset.

Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
Craft client code that is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of high quality.
Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
Engage in Agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Mentor team members and participate in Engineering Practice communities to support technical growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.
Enforce coding standards and maintain adherence to best practices.
Address complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful delivery.
