Requirements
- 7-8 years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in Java (minimum version 11, specifically Java 17).
- Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Expertise in Angular (version 11+), TypeScript, and Material UI.
- Experience with RxJS, CSS, and Single Page Application (SPA) development.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in the English language and ability to communicate independently with clients.
- Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as Windsurf.
- Knowledge of Hibernate and Spring Data.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
- Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of high quality.
- Participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts utilizing project methods and tools.
- Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
- Participate in the Engineering Practice community and mentor other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Enforce coding standards and review code to maintain quality and consistency.
- Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
