Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in hotel operations, such as Front Desk Manager, Duty Manager, Night Auditor, or similar leadership roles.
  • Experience working in premium 4-star or 5-star hotel environments.
  • Expert-level daily user experience with Oracle OPERA V5 Property Management System.
  • Strong understanding of OPERA database structures, including guest profiles, reservations, rates, packages, and financial records.
  • Ability to analyze and maintain data integrity during system migration activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to train and support hotel teams during high-pressure transitions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working directly with clients and operational teams.
  • Willingness and availability to travel extensively across India for property deployments.
  • Interest in developing technical consulting skills within the hospitality technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data review and preparation activities, including auditing guest profiles, reservations, routing codes, and financial records before migration.
  • Perform data cleansing activities to identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records within existing systems.
  • Support secure data extraction, mapping, and migration from legacy property management environments into the new cloud platform.
  • Travel to hotel properties across India to manage live deployment activities and go-live support.
  • Act as an on-site subject matter expert during system transitions, ensuring smooth adoption by hotel teams.
  • Train front desk teams, night auditors, and management staff on new workflows and system capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on operational processes, system usage, and best practices during implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with project teams and hotel stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure successful deployments.
