Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related digital marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns, flows, and customer journeys within marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working with ecommerce ecosystems, including Shopify integrations and API-based connections.
- Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, customer data management, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and optimize marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and multi-channel platforms.
- Develop and maintain customer lifecycle journeys, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back automation flows.
- Create personalized customer experiences through advanced segmentation, dynamic content, and targeted messaging strategies.
- Integrate marketing automation tools with ecommerce platforms and external systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and implement improvements to increase conversions and revenue.
- Ensure strong email deliverability practices by managing authentication standards such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to continuously improve automation strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
