Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers by providing coaching, career guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.

- Guide teams in leveraging AI-powered development tools, including designing effective workflows, evaluating outputs, and applying human judgment where needed.
- Establish and promote AI-enabled engineering practices that improve productivity, quality, and scalability.
- Define and implement engineering metrics that support better decision-making, system thinking, and delivery performance.
- Encourage the creation of reusable, scalable solutions rather than short-term or isolated implementations.
- Partner closely with product and business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable engineering outcomes.
