Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, corporate strategy role, or similar strategic leadership position.
- Experience working in high-growth environments, particularly with SaaS or recurring revenue business models.
- Background supporting private equity clients, commercial diligence projects, or portfolio value creation initiatives preferred.
- Proven ability to work directly with C-level executives.
- Ability to independently lead strategic planning workshops.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Self-driven mindset with ability to operate as a strategic leader and hands-on contributor.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
Responsibilities
- Define priorities, develop frameworks, and own strategy-related processes and project outcomes.
- Partner with leadership teams and investment stakeholders to advance value creation strategies.
- Build and improve strategy capabilities by creating repeatable approaches and playbooks.
- Collaborate with executive teams to develop and evaluate strategic initiatives.
- Lead multi-year strategic planning sessions and value creation workshops.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments to generate executive-level recommendations.
- Support commercial due diligence activities for new investments.
- Manage relationships with external advisors and consulting firms.
- Create executive-ready presentations and decision-making frameworks.
