Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, program management, product operations, or related strategic roles within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading centralized PMO functions, governance processes, and cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products or activating strategic partnerships in complex organizational settings.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across go-to-market, commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable plans and compelling narratives.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, customer experience technologies, contact center solutions, or business process outsourcing environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience with pilot programs, partner onboarding, or enterprise deployment initiatives is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation technologies, workforce management platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
  • Consulting or business transformation experience, along with exposure to revenue operations or channel programs, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools, from initial scoping to post-launch optimization.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps across short- and long-term horizons, aligning priorities with commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration among business development, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate executive-level presentations, working sessions, and governance processes to maintain visibility and momentum on key initiatives.
  • Partner with product marketing teams to create enablement materials, sales collateral, onboarding resources, and external communications.
  • Collaborate with finance and commercial stakeholders to establish pricing structures, commission models, and revenue processes for new offerings.
  • Identify pilot opportunities, define success metrics, and oversee deployment programs to validate product-market fit and operational readiness.
  • Build and maintain product toolkits, playbooks, governance frameworks, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Establish and manage centralized PMO intake processes and governance models for new products and partnership initiatives.
  • Mentor and support product team members by promoting best practices in product thinking, stakeholder management, and structured delivery.
