Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in industry, sourcing, managed services, or technology consulting.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale, complex consulting engagements.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, technical delivery leadership, or complex operations.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and senior technology executives.
  • Strong understanding of IT sourcing strategies, managed services, and vendor management.
  • Deep expertise in at least two technical areas: Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, Application Modernization, Analytics, Automation, IoT, or Data Center operations.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ariba or Coupa.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support consulting engagements for IT strategy, cost optimization, and technology transformation.
  • Assess client business needs to develop effective digital sourcing and IT delivery strategies.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client executives and technology service providers.
  • Lead technology assessments, architecture reviews, and modernization programs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on vendor management, contract negotiations, and service delivery models.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management approaches.
  • Perform market analysis, benchmarking, and gap analysis for sourcing strategies.
  • Guide clients through the full sourcing lifecycle from vendor evaluation to implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality delivery.
