Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AI solutions, self-service technologies, digital transformation, or related software consulting domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong experience in enterprise software consulting, customer success, or business process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead complex consulting projects and deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
- Experience collaborating across product, engineering, implementation, and business teams within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide thought leadership in evolving technology environments.
- Experience with contact center technologies, digital self-service channels, or customer experience platforms is highly valued.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including generative AI applications in customer service environments, is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with knowledge management, IVR, routing, ACD systems, or similar customer engagement technologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements focused on business transformation, process improvement, and successful adoption of AI-powered and self-service solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand business objectives, operational processes, technical requirements, and opportunities for AI implementation.
- Provide strategic recommendations and best practices to help organizations optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and maximize technology investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout consulting engagements.
- Guide application and data consultants through complex programs, coordinating activities and ensuring alignment across implementation initiatives.
- Define business success criteria, monitor progress, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value for customers and business units.
- Translate business cases into actionable plans, solution designs, and implementation strategies.
- Align product launches and adoption strategies with customer use cases, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, secure internal and external buy-in, and drive successful change management.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, demonstrations, and recommendations that communicate the value of AI solutions.
