Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal management, bid coordination, or related roles within the market research industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies, proposal processes, and client engagement practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare high-quality client-facing documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales and proposal records.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in evaluating project feasibility and pricing considerations.
  • Previous experience supporting global teams or working with international clients is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, including qualifying RFPs, preparing proposals, and developing pricing strategies aligned with client requirements.
  • Evaluate project feasibility using internal tools and methodologies to support accurate and competitive bid submissions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within CRM systems, ensuring transparency and efficient pipeline management.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Account Directors to strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Support upselling initiatives and contribute to effective account management strategies throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Assist client services teams during project execution by providing additional information, sourcing support, and facilitating communication where needed.
  • Contribute to presentations, sales materials, and other commercial activities that support business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management and information security standards, maintaining adherence to established processes and industry requirements.
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless communication between sales, account management, and delivery teams.
