Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in SaaS, healthcare technology, implementation, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple strategic implementations simultaneously.
  • Technical aptitude with basic data analysis capabilities, including SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and driving adoption through change management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, technical teams, and business leaders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, with potential travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
  • Experience using low-code platforms such as Retool to build operational tools and dashboards.
  • Ability to write and understand basic JavaScript and SQL for implementation customization.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic health record (EHR) systems, especially Epic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead activation projects for strategic healthcare clients from initial kickoff through implementation, go-live, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Create detailed implementation plans aligned with client goals, timelines, workflows, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical teams, administrative staff, Product, and Engineering throughout implementation cycles.
  • Configure and customize solutions to support client-specific workflows and healthcare operational needs.
  • Build operational tools, dashboards, and reporting workflows using platforms such as Retool to support implementation visibility and performance tracking.
  • Develop SQL queries, analytics workflows, and data pipelines to monitor adoption, usage patterns, and implementation outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs for healthcare providers, staff members, and administrators.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate implementation success and client adoption.
  • Manage executive-level client relationships during activation phases, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
