Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in technology solutions, consulting, architecture, or related fields.
- Education or equivalent professional knowledge comparable to an undergraduate college or university education.
- Strong experience designing technology solutions and developing customer-focused recommendations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical environments and define effective solution strategies.
- Experience creating Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of technology products, services, and evolving industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, professional services, and customer teams.
- Demonstrated mentoring skills and experience supporting the growth of other technical professionals.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective and existing customers to understand business goals, technical challenges, and operational requirements.
- Recommend appropriate solutions, products, services, and resources that align with customer objectives.
- Analyze complex customer environments to identify needs and develop accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Support sales opportunities by creating detailed technical scopes, solution documentation, and proposal materials.
- Research, review, and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), ensuring solutions and capabilities are clearly communicated.
- Collaborate with internal teams by providing technical guidance, answering questions, and supporting solution development.
- Act as a subject matter expert throughout customer engagements and help ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor other solution architecture team members and provide escalation support when needed.
