Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT.
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience working with data in the cloud (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Commercial experience in processing large datasets using Databricks.
- Understanding of insurance industry concepts.
- Experience in data migration and data modeling.
- Skill in designing and optimizing ETL/ELT data processing solutions.
- Knowledge of Delta Lake and Data Lakehouse concepts.
- Familiarity with SMP and MPP architectures.
- Knowledge of secure data storage and processing mechanisms in the cloud.
- Experience using Generative AI in software development and architectural decision-making.
- Excellent soft skills and experience in direct client communication.
- Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Migrate data to a newer, unified client system and recreate existing business logic.
- Collaborate closely with insurance industry clients to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
- Maintain direct and independent communication with the client.
- Create and maintain technical project documentation.
- Analyze and optimize data processing solutions for both production and design-phase systems.
