Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3.5 years working with cloud data (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Commercial experience in processing large data sets using Databricks.
- Understanding of the Insurance industry domain.
- Experience in data migration and data modeling.
- Ability to design and optimize data processing solutions (ETL vs ELT).
- Familiarity with Delta Lake and Data Lakehouse concepts.
- Knowledge of SMP and MPP architectures.
- Understanding of secure data storage and processing in the cloud.
- Strong soft skills and experience in direct, independent communication with clients.
- Conscious use of Generative AI in software development and architectural decisions.
- Fluent Polish and English at a B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Uczestniczenie w projekcie związanym z migracją danych do nowego, zunifikowanego systemu.
- Odtwarzanie logiki danych na nowym rozwiązaniu.
- Ścisła współpraca z klientem z branży ubezpieczeniowej w celu doprecyzowania wymagań i bieżącej komunikacji.
- Tworzenie i modyfikowanie dokumentacji technicznej.
- Analiza i optymalizacja rozwiązań systemowych w eksploatacji oraz trakcie projektowania.
