Requirements

  • Hands-on ERP engineering experience building and supporting solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, AR, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger.
  • Experience in revenue recognition support, including deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, and refunds.
  • Strong SQL or PL-SQL skills.
  • Experience building or supporting OTBI reports, BI Publisher outputs, and BICC-based data extracts.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment systems, and tax engines.
  • Familiarity with compliance-conscious environments and audit expectations such as SOX, GDPR, or CCPA.
  • Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
  • Familiarity with technical design reviews, version control practices, and enterprise change-management procedures.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service or Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables) are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, support, and optimize processes across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger.
  • Maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud usage-based billing flows and revenue recognition solutions for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios.
  • Coordinate with the integrations team to monitor data flow between Oracle Fusion and surrounding platforms like CRM, tax engines, and payment systems.
  • Participate in implementation project phases including fit-gap analysis, design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Partner with Enterprise Product Managers and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Actively participate in quarterly release reviews, patch impact analysis, and technical regression testing.
  • Participate in a shared on-call rotation to troubleshoot production issues and ensure service reliability.
