Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Comm in Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent).
- Understanding of supply management including financial transactions (A/P, A/R, G/L).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Flexibility and self-learning ability.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal French communication.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout North America.
Responsibilities
- Drive data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes.
- Build on-site rapport with customers to guide them in their integration of the software.
- Participate in training to develop application knowledge, consulting acumen, and supply chain expertise.
- Contribute to successful implementation projects as an associate in the Professional Services department.
