Requirements
- Significant professional experience in aviation, including airline, military, or general aviation roles.
- Prior mentoring or teaching experience.
- Clear and structured approach to coaching and career development.
- Ability to host virtual coaching sessions.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor.
Responsibilities
- Help students strengthen knowledge of pilot training, aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, and aviation technology.
- Guide students on navigating aviation regulations, licensing, certifications, and flight safety standards.
- Advise students on commercial aviation and airline operations topics, such as crew management and route planning.
- Provide professional development support including resume and cover letter reviews, LinkedIn profile reviews, and networking strategy.
- Conduct interview preparation and offer guidance on salary negotiation and freelancing for independent work.
