Requirements

- Prior mentoring or teaching experience.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts and career strategy clearly.
- Experience with spatial computing and 3D interaction design.
- Knowledge of XR hardware and software.
- Ability to provide actionable feedback on professional materials (resumes/cover letters/LinkedIn).
- Experience with technical and behavioral interview preparation.
Responsibilities
- Mentor students on technical foundations in AR/VR development, spatial computing, 3D interaction design, and XR hardware and software.
- Support career development by reviewing resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Prepare students for behavioral and technical interviews.
- Provide guidance on networking strategy and salary negotiation.
- Host sessions virtually and deliver a supportive experience for students.
- Set your own hours and rates while partnering with the Leland team.
