Requirements

  • 5–7 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and labor law compliance.
  • Expertise in UAE and KSA labor laws is essential; Jordan labor law experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience calculating EOS/gratuity under UAE, KSA, and Jordan regulations.
  • Proven experience handling labor complaints, disciplinary cases, and workplace disputes.
  • Strong documentation skills for investigation reports and legal case files.
  • Ability to monitor and interpret changes in labor legislation (MOHRE, HRSD/Qiwa, Jordan MoL).
  • HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or SPHRi is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations cases including grievances, misconduct, and workplace disputes by conducting meetings and documenting findings.
  • Prepare investigation reports and case documentation, particularly for contested exits and high-risk cases.
  • Liaise with labor authorities (MOHRE, KSA labor offices, Jordanian Ministry of Labor) regarding complaints and documentation.
  • Provide guidance on labor law requirements including contracts, probation, leave, and termination.
  • Review HR policies and employment contracts for compliance across UAE, KSA, and Jordan.
  • Prepare and audit end-of-service (EOS) and gratuity calculations for terminations and layoffs.
  • Maintain country-specific compliance reference guides and templates.
  • Support government inspections and regulatory filings.
