Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or training.
- Advanced experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with PlayWright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and REST API testing.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience testing complex, data-driven systems.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD integration.
- Working knowledge of Java and test-related design patterns.
- Experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies in cross-functional teams.
- Experience or demonstrated adoption of AI-assisted development and testing tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Preferred certifications: CSTE, CSQA, CTFL, CTAL, or CSTP.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior embedded agile team member to provide technical leadership in sprint planning and delivery.
- Define, implement, and evolve Quality Assurance standards, including test stage ownership and audit readiness.
- Design and maintain robust automated test solutions using tools like PlayWright, Selenium, TestNG, and Rest Assured.
- Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Oversee test governance, documentation, and reporting to ensure high-quality artifacts.
- Provide technical mentorship and coaching to team members on testing best practices, BDD, and TDD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quality risks early and influence design for testability.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for complex production issues and drive continuous improvement.
