- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management roles.
- Strong expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Trello.
- Experience managing SaaS-based, cloud-driven, and AI-powered products.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile execution processes.
- Hands-on experience managing teams working on AI-driven products or intelligent automation.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
- Structured thinker with process orientation and execution mindset.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage end-to-end execution of multiple SaaS-based projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
- Define and manage project roadmaps in coordination with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and operational gaps.
- Maintain release sheets, sprint trackers, and status reports.
- Lead project planning meetings, sprint reviews, and stand-ups.
- Review workflows and implement process improvements.
