Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with strong Python expertise.
- Extensive hands-on experience building backend applications and scalable software systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, migrations, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures using technologies such as RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka.
- Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Strong familiarity with modern development practices, including deployment processes, monitoring, and production operations.
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and containerized infrastructures such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to leverage AI development workflows effectively.
- Proven mentoring experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term technical strategy for the Document Domain.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Python.
- Lead initiatives that improve system reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
- Champion AI-powered development workflows to improve speed and quality.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to align architecture decisions.
- Mentor engineers by sharing technical knowledge and providing guidance.
- Identify technical challenges and execute strategic initiatives.
- Improve developer experience through better tooling and monitoring.
- Contribute throughout the full development lifecycle.
