Requirements
- Strong TypeScript skills for use across back-end services, APIs, and front-end interfaces.
- Real experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Experience designing and operating distributed, event-driven systems.
- Solid back-end fundamentals including database design and API architecture.
- Front-end experience, ideally with React, to build integrated interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience redesigning or migrating production systems.
- Comfort using AI tools for writing, reviewing, and designing solutions.
- Experience practicing well-documented and well-tested engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of evolving our platform safely by managing the transition between existing and new systems.
- Build across the full stack including back-end services, cloud infrastructure, and React front-end.
- Use AI tools to write better code, catch problems early, and improve development speed.
- Communicate timing, trade-offs, and risks clearly to stakeholders to support Product decision-making.
- Raise technical standards through thoughtful code reviews, honest feedback, and knowledge sharing.
