- Ability to work independently on repetitive tasks.
- Available for evening shifts on weekdays (after 5 PM).
- Available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening shifts to manage overnight scans.
- Available for weekend morning shifts to complete quality control tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the imaging of immunofluorescent slides using the ZEISS Axioscan 7 Microscope Slide Scanner.
- Manually adjust imaging areas and add focus points for high-quality scans.
- Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on completed images to ensure focus accuracy.
- Score tissue-related issues according to in-house protocols.
- Set up rescans for any slides that fail quality control.
- Configure and initiate scans to run overnight.
- Complete QC tasks on weekend mornings by 10 AM.
