Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a heavy emphasis on front-end development.
- Deep, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Solid back-end development experience building services with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Proven ability to build and maintain production-quality web applications independently.
- Experience working in Agile teams and fully remote environments.
- Fluent English for daily verbal and written communication.
- Leadership experience as a Technical Lead or primary technical owner (nice-to-have).
- Experience with high-traffic consumer applications or SEO-focused initiatives (nice-to-have).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Independently own, scope, architecture, and deliver full-stack features from initial design phases through to final production deployment.
- Write production-quality, scalable code using React and TypeScript on the front-end and Java with Spring Boot on the back-end.
- Translate ambiguous engineering challenges and high-level marketing requirements into actionable, clean technical solutions.
- Estimate development timelines, manage project scope, and make technical trade-offs autonomously.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to negotiate scope, identify technical blockers, and ensure feature delivery.
