Requirements
- Solid software development experience using .NET.
- Experience using Angular.
- Experience with Cloud Computing, specifically GCP.
- Robust knowledge of integration architecture including RESTful APIs and Webhooks.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices applied to LLMs (LLMOps).
- Ability to perform automated testing of conversational and behavioral flows.
- Nice to have: Experience in HR Tech or integrating platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Senior, Gupy, or Greenhouse.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of People Analytics and bias mitigation techniques in AI algorithms.
- Nice to have: Experience in large-scale projects with multiple squads and distributed governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and architecture for agentic projects.
- Support agentic SDLC focused on simplicity and performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into improvements.
- Develop and maintain agentic workflows integrated with data pipelines and HR systems.
- Automate HR processes while maintaining high quality, information security, and LGPD compliance.
- Plan and execute the AI infrastructure roadmap with the AI Orchestrator.
