Requirements
- Current certification in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CISSP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a training setting, ideally delivering IT certification bootcamps.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as Canvas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced subject matter expertise preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for IT bootcamps preferred.
- Familiarity with training tools like CertMaster or TestOut preferred.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and problem-solve rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams during evenings and weekends.
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and certification readiness.
- Maintain active subject matter certifications through regular renewal.
- Design and update course materials to align with college and accreditation standards.
- Manage student attendance and grade records in the internal database.
- Maintain FERPA compliance and secure handling of student data.
