Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or concierge-style service roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and support platforms including HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Proven track record handling inbound support across email, chat, and phone channels.
- Experience verifying order accuracy and coordinating with fulfillment or pharmacy partners.
- Demonstrated ownership of lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
- Experience building or maintaining SOPs, FAQ documentation, or response templates.
- English at C1+ CEFR level (client-facing, voice and written communication required).
- Prior experience in healthcare, telehealth, DTC wellness, or pharmacy operations is preferred.
- Exposure to compliance-sensitive environments like HIPAA is preferred.
- Experience supporting early-stage or venture-backed startups is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-channel inbound support across email, chat, and phone.
- Verify pharmacy orders against patient products and dosages for accuracy.
- Coordinate with fulfillment and pharmacy partners to resolve order issues.
- Execute lead follow-up and track conversion progress within the CRM pipeline.
- Build and maintain SOPs, FAQ documentation, and response templates.
