Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in building AI models with ML, NLP, and deep learning.
- Strong experience in Prompt Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and the Python ecosystem for AI/ML development.
- Familiarity with LLM concepts, information retrieval, recommendation engines, and predictive AI.
- Data engineering skills, including writing scripts to clean and shape data.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Familiarity with inference engines and APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Replace existing AI deep-links with Amazon Bedrock (Claude) integration.
- Build context-aware prompts utilizing real portfolio data.
- Design and maintain per-app AI prompt templates.
- Implement configuration-driven model selection to manage inference costs.
- Enable and route prompt/response audit logging to centralized systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to identify AI/ML opportunities.
- Implement and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models into production.
- Optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and provide technical guidance.
