Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes (GKE preferred) and Helm.
- Solid proficiency with Google Cloud (GCP) and gcloud.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Operations Suite and Google Managed Service for Prometheus.
- Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Familiarity with incident management platforms like PagerDuty or Opsgenie.
- Understanding of microservices architectures and resilient deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Define, measure, and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code across multiple environments, primarily focusing on GCP.
- Manage incident response and blameless post-mortems, troubleshooting complex systemic issues.
- Implement and manage advanced observability stacks including monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows and optimize capacity planning.
