Requirements
- 3–5+ years developing highly technical software training content or instructional design for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms.
- Foundational understanding of data structures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data catalogs, or data security/privacy fundamentals.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Evolve), LMS platforms, and digital media software (Camtasia, Synthesia).
- Proven experience integrating generative AI tools into the content development lifecycle to optimize production speed.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
Responsibilities
- Design and produce new eLearning content, including videos, self-paced courses, exercise labs, and product demonstrations.
- Regularly audit and update the existing learning library to reflect the latest product changes and upgrades.
- Help maintain and evolve BigID University’s certification programs to ensure rigorous, high-quality evaluation.
- Leverage generative AI tools to automate brainstorming, drafting, scripting, and course creation.
- Ensure all training materials meet established standards for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
